About this house rental
This comfortable red rock hideaway is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, just steps away from Historic Uptown Sedona, offering an array of amazing restaurants, shops, and exciting activities! Oak Creek Canyon is right up the road, it’s a short drive to stunning hiking trails, and it’s just a quick day trip to the Grand Canyon! We know you’ll feel at home in this safe and quiet neighborhood. We are a 5th-generation Sedona family, and we're excited to share our knowledge of the best local spots!
The space
Our inviting retreat features a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, and just a few steps outside, you'll be greeted by stunning views of Sedona's iconic red rocks. Our spacious front and back yards are complete with a relaxing oversized hammock and a BBQ grill, ideal for enjoying Sedona's beautiful weather. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the cozy coffee bar or whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens directly to the backyard, a king bed, TV, closet, dresser, and a small couch. The second bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, TV, and a small couch.
The living room includes a pull-out bed for additional sleeping space, board games, and a mini jukebox speaker for playing music, adding a fun and funky vibe to your stay. There's also an electric fireplace that can be used for ambiance only, as well as a full washer and dryer for your convenience. We've also included locally made aromatherapy products in the bathroom to enhance your stay.
This location also has a great alternative for entering/leaving Uptown without driving through the busiest Main Street section. Parking is easy with free street parking available as well as a dedicated space in front of the garage.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to Unit A and the front and back yard. There is a dedicated parking spot available in front of the garage.

The house was very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent for access to uptown restaurants and coffee shops. Walks in the neighborhood were quiet and wonderful. There were maps, books, and brochures on a living room table to help us understand the hiking trails in the area. We would love to come back.

Excellent location to come home to after a long day of hiking. It's not the Ritz but it works. Literally a 2 minute slow walk to the center of town. This made evenings pleasant and eliminated all parking space anxiety. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance. The inside was clean and functional. Good water pressure for showering, comfortable beds, a pull out sofa for that third wheel, a fully working kitchen with a nice sized kitchen table. The only downside for me was the the air conditioning seemed to kick off at night and it would get a little warm. Some ceiling fans would definitely help in this situation. Oh, one more thing, the sweep on the bottom of the front screen door was missing. That should definitely be fixed to keep little critters out. Aside from that it was a pleasant stay. Thank you

Great home for our family visit!! A very short walk to everything in downtown Sedona!! Highly recommend!!

WiFi and location were great! Not any bowls or pans for cooking or baking. No colander, only one dish towel and dish cloth, and one hand towel in bathroom. We rented for 7 days. Sliding glass doors were very dirty. A little musty smelling. Parking in driveway was good. Parking on street was a first come, first get. Hostess was very prompt in responding.
