The most beautiful villa set into the hillside of Praiano. Th pictures are very accurate but it’s so much better in person. The house was immaculate and well furnished. The owners even left us food supplies for a couple of days that we were welcome to use. We were met us at the main piazza near the home where our taxi dropped us and they helped us with our bags to the villa. Praiano is built into a hillside so there are many steps to get to the villa and around the city. For us this only led to the allure of the area and made it feel special. The pool was well maintained and warm in the summer weather. The views from the property are outstanding.

Villa Antica was well appointed. The host provided coffee milk and pasta!! The location was ideal. It is a quiet village 30 minutes from positano. There are a lot of steps to get to the villa but fewer than most as far as I could tell. I rented a car but i would not get a car there again because the roads are narrow and the traffic can be crazy. But I cannot say enough about the beauty and charm of the villa. I would stay there again despite the multitude of options.
