About this house rental
Villa Annagrazia is a characteristic independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From Villa Annagrazia you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Annagrazia is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the seventeenth-century historic center of Praiano, where you will find a restaurant and a grocery store. You will find a number of restaurants, shops at 700 meters (770 yards), the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) including 400 stairway steps (other beaches with less steps to climb are also available in the area). You will reach Villa Annagrazia from the street level going up approximately six stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Annagrazia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, for a fee, in a garage. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you. If necessary, you can park for a fee along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 100.00.Available for a fee, if desired:heating (when needed) EUR 25.00/day;parking, if reserved in advance EUR 20.00/day. Tourist tax, paid locally: From March 1 to November 3: EUR 4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 250 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Terrace
The terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the dining room. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of Praiano and the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room
The living room is paved with handmade majolica tiles. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and bright. The furnishings include two sofas. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony overlooking the street below through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room and from the corridor. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has a window with a view of the sea and of the terrace.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The kitchen has a window with a view of the sea.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloped, has characteristic exposed wood beams and has an height of 3.00 meters (9.9 feet) at its highest point and of 1.25 meters (4.1 feet) at its lowest point. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a small window with a view of the sea and of the terrace.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Simply beautiful. The villa is stunning, comfortable and clean. And the view can't be beat. We stayed here 3 years ago and returned with my wonderful mother in law. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths it was perfect.
Ivan [the owner] was so helpful if we had any questions.
Always excellent service. I have used Summer In Italy for many years now and they are the best!

A fabulous, stunning house the rear of which is located opposite a mini market. The villa has breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast.
Ivan the owner speaks excellent English and answers all communications.
Just up the road (50 metres) is the bus stop that takes you to the beach area for 1 euro. Excellent base for a wonderful holiday on the stunning Amalfi Coast. Highly recommended house the location of which will blow you away.

Everything at the villa was fantastic! The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to cook and admire the view. We travelled with two teens and a toddler, the two teens just loved the view and sat on the terrace the entire trip :).
Ivan [the owner] was fantastic, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely rent again.
Everyone at Summer In Italy was great! The communication was fantastic and everyone was extremely friendly. I will definitely be using Summer In Italy for all of our holidays moving forward!

The villa was immaculately clean and just beautiful. The view was amazing and the location was wonderful.
Located between Positano and Amalfi, Praiano is quiet and less touristy and allows for great central access to all that the Amalfi Coast has to offer.
Right across the street is a lovely market with great food for the end of busy days when you just want to sit on the terrace and enjoy the incredible view.
Ivan, the owner, lives across the street and was very helpful and always available if we had any questions.
Renting with Summer In Italy was a great experience and gave me reassurance that I would be in a wonderful place when I got there! They were always responsive when I had questions and very helpful.
