Villa Grecale is a charming and bright villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Grecale you will enjoy a broad view of the Mediterranean sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Grecale is 140 square meters (1500 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea and of the coastline, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Praiano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 800 meters (half a mile) including 400 stairway steps. You will reach Villa Grecale from the street level going up approximately 110 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Grecale. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the sea.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: electricity; heating; Wi-Fi Internet connection; linens and towels. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 130.00. Tourist tax, paid locally: From March 1 to November 3: EUR 3.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 300 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. The terrace is equipped with two small sofas and an armchair, as well as with a table and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Garden
The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees. The garden is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, as well as with sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coastline.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. There is a nice fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room also has a window with a view of the sea. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The floor is paved with tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
