About this villa rental
Villa Panorama is an ancient villa, carefully restored. It has a large furnished garden and a spacious solarium. It is equipped with every comfort: Sauna, A/C in every room, daily cleaning service included (midweek linen change) and daily breakfast (on request, not included in the price). It's in a really convenient location: within walking distance there are 3 restaurants, a grocery store and the beach is a 20 min walk away.
The villa is organized on three levels, one of which is independent from the main complex and accessible only from the outside (DEPENDANCE):
MAIN COMPLEX:
FIRST FLOOR (access via a ramp of approximately 10 steps)

- Large sun terrace with loungers and deck chairs
- Large living room with sea view
- Dining room and fully equipped kitchen with access to the front garden
- Laundry corner
- Relax area - indoor - with sauna
- 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190)
- 1 bathroom with shower
SECOND FLOOR
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (beds size 90x190)
- 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) - access is only through the bedroom with two single beds - the two bedrooms are however divided by a door
- 1 bathroom with shower
- large terrace with sea view (accessible from the two bedrooms)
DEPENDANCE (access only from the terrace / garden)
- Living room (there is the possibility to add a single bed)
- 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with access to the terrace
- 2 bathrooms with shower
Villa Panorama is located in the center of Praiano - east side, in a pedestrian area, close to restaurants and shops. It is accessible via a short pedestrian path and a flight of approximately 30 comfortable steps. Private parking is available on request (for a fee), located about 200 meters from the property.
A few steps away are:
• 3 restaurants/bars (La Moressa, Kasai, M'ama)
• 1 supermarket "Tutto per Tutti"
• Local bus and SITA bus stop
• The main beach "Marina di Praia" - 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by local bus

The service from SMAAC was excellent immediately following our booking. The team helped us to reserve car transfers, a home chef, and was willing to do much more. The house was cleaned daily, so it truly felt like vacation.
From a location standpoint, the location of our two villas (Panorama and Fralisa) were closer to the Marina side. It was about a 20 min walk to the marina and a tough uphill climb — but that is unavoidable in the area. We were right next to two different markets for easy grab and go options/snacks at the house. From city center, it was about a 15 min walk.
The Panorama house was extremely spacious and just like the photos. Everything felt new and was very nice.
We had an amazing vacation and were able to relax. We so appreciate SMAAC help and service before and during our stay.
Fralisa was not quite as clean. Also, providing a few more location details ahead of time would be helpful.

What an amazing rental! Huge home with so many different outdoor spaces. Loved the pool and steam room. Wonderful hosts that helped organize activities. All the benefits of a hotel with the privacy of a villa. Perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Miralu in Praiano! Dana was so very helpful as were Francesco and Anna! The home fit our family of 8 comfortably with room to spare. It was too cool to use the pool except for a quick dip by some but there was the warm outdoor shower nearby! The views were spectacular and so lovely to wake up to each morning with the birds singing! We did the Culinary Experience in home for cooking a delicious ravioli dinner with Elena and Anna and it was a delight! My suggestion would be to start earlier as it went quite late! Upon reading the description on VRBO, It seemed perfect for our group.However, the description never mentioned 2 full Queen Sized bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms& showers were SEPERATE from the main house. Additionally, there are only 1 bedroom downstairs on the main floor and 2 upstairs,but with twin beds and a queen
The heaters did not well until day 5 and the sauna never worked. The downstairs toilet seat was broken the first 3 days we were there,then repaired but there is a strong scent from the sewer around the base of that toilet.
