Casa Il Riccio

Everything was wonderful in the upstairs apartment. The house was very clean and well supplied and the air conditioning worked well. The location of the property and the views from the property were amazing.

There was a bees nest off the upstairs porch. Someone came and sprayed the two nests but the bees continued to come and my husband is allergic to bees so we could not use the porch much upstairs. The downstairs apartment was very musty and smelled moldy. We did not need to use it except for one bathroom and the outside porch because we were only 2 people because our adult children could not come. The outdoor porch was beautiful and we used often.

There were some snacks and basics provided, and more groceries were available nearby. There is almost no car noise, occasionally a cat would tease a dog causing it to bark, but wasn't often and was actually amusing, birds singing and ocean sounds, very serene. Casa Il Riccio in Praiano was everything we hoped for and more. The accommodations were spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The views were truly breathtaking—waking up early to catch the sunrise over the cliffs was a highlight of our stay. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and appreciate the beauty around you. (I uploaded a youtube video of it) Our host was exceptional, communicating with us every step of the way and checking in regularly to make sure everything was perfect. They provided helpful guidance on transportation and local tips, which made navigating the area stress-free. We compared prices for transportation options, and theirs were not only competitive but also seamless to book. Trusting them with all aspects of planning turned out to be a smart choice. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with stunning views and top-notch hospitality, Casa Il Riccio is an excellent option. While some travelers might prefer accommodations closer to busier towns like Positano, Praiano’s quieter charm suited us perfectly. We’d gladly stay here again without hesitation!

I should have brought allergy spray. The beautify lemon trees were blooming and I got congested, but that doesn't take away from the property.

great location easy to find and pretty central to everything

Our host was excellent, he helped with airport transportation from and to airport and was a helpful source of info. The property is located perfectly between Amalfi and Positano and has incredibly beautiful views. The property has 3 bathrooms and air conditioning that works good, this is a huge plus+

Some additional kitchen tools would be helpful such as a cutting board but it’s not a big deal.
