About this apartment rental
Beautifully maintained 2 bedroom oceanfront condo with pool and WIFI. The unit is a second floor unit with exceptional views of the beach.
The condo has two queen beds. The master bedroom mattress and boxspring was replaced on 3/15/23. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 people. It has one full bath and a half bath in the master bedroom. Linens are included.
Beautiful views of the beach from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. There is access to the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. The balcony has bar height chairs and table.
There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo, as well as an assortment of DVDs, books, and games to pass the time if you are unlucky enough to have a rainy day.
There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, etc. There are also beach chairs, floats, and other beach/pool toys for your use.
The condo has an outside shower to clean off from the beach. There are washers/dryers in the building. There are no elevators.
Property only rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday during the summer.
The pool typically opens in early May and closes in late October. Please note that the pool may or may not be open prior to Memorial Day as we are at the mercy of the Town to inspect it annually.

Overall, everything was good not great. The water had a very bad smell when you showered or did anything with hot water. The water smelled like sulfur or rotten eggs, after the third day the smell slowly slipped away. We let the owner know, on the first day and he said that was normal for the cities water to smell like that.Parking was as normal, beach view was fantastic, the room could’ve smelled better, but as far as cleanliness, it could be more clean smelling. One part that we were not expecting, was to be making our own bed. The accommodations were great, clean bed linens, clean towels, kitchen area was great, air-conditioning worked good, and most of all it was overall a decent stay.Pool code did not work, luckily those who stayed there had a different code to use.The furniture was not comfortable (wicker outside furniture) and was not worth the price, but we made it work. Bed itself was too plushy and we are used to more firm and sold beds like temperpedic. Which was not terribly bad.The walls were paneling and you can hear all the neighbors no matter the time of day. They were also remodeling upstairs every day we were there, we heard the sanding and cutting, even Sunday.3 stars for overall 5 stars for the communication and amenities 1 star for smell and water while showering

The host helped us out in a pinch when we accidentally left a jacket in the property. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help us retrieve it!
