About this apartment rental
Beautifully maintained 2 bedroom oceanfront condo with pool and WIFI. The unit is a second floor unit with exceptional views of the beach.
The condo has two queen beds. The master bedroom mattress and boxspring was replaced on 3/15/23. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 people. It has one full bath and a half bath in the master bedroom. Linens are included.
Beautiful views of the beach from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. There is access to the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. The balcony has bar height chairs and table.
There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo, as well as an assortment of DVDs, books, and games to pass the time if you are unlucky enough to have a rainy day.
There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, etc. There are also beach chairs, floats, and other beach/pool toys for your use.
The condo has an outside shower to clean off from the beach. There are washers/dryers in the building. There are no elevators.
Property only rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday during the summer.
The pool typically opens in early May and closes in late October. Please note that the pool may or may not be open prior to Memorial Day as we are at the mercy of the Town to inspect it annually.

We loved it !!!! The balcony over looking the sand dunes and the beach was exactly what we needed after a long day on the beach!! The place was clean, the owner was very responsive when we reached out and we plan to rent this again!! Thank you for a relaxing wonderful experience!!!

This property had an awesome view, 2nd floor gave us ocean view, 1st floor could look at the dunes. The cleaning people should be fired, and I sent him that message from the beginning. The floors were dirty and the bathtub was grimey (had to clean it myself). There was NO TOILET PAPER to be found, good thing I brought some from home. The bedroom with the attached 1/2 bath, the bed was noisy and shot. My husband fell to the middle of the bed every night and I hung on to the edge, that mattress should have been thrown out 10 years ago.
Overall the unit was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The grounds were well kept and the pool was awesome. Bring quarters for the laundry but the machines ran for a long time on 2 dollars each. For the price it was decent ( I am from NY). I would rent this again and bring an air mattress if the bed has not been changed out. The manager was easy to get a hold of and was prompt to answer any questions I had.
