About this apartment rental
Our condo is top floor with a fantastic ocean view and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach! The living room and master bedroom are both on the front of the unit facing with a double size deck that looks out over the beach and ocean. The guest bedroom and kitchen both look over the deck,salt water pool, and intracoastal waterway! The neighbors are a combination of locals who live in their units and many are also renters like you so everyone is friendly and happy to be at the beach! Join us!

We had a great stay. This property is centrally located with amazing ocean and inlet views. Be mindful it does not have elevators.

The view is magnificent on both sides of the condo.
The condo is very well decorated.
Mark, the owner, responds quickly to various requests.
BUT...
We stayed the first three weeks of July 2022. The condo was very dirty. We had to clean everything, an hour and a half a day, for two weeks. We had a real week of vacation left.
The pool was not maintained properly. The water looked like milk.
The smell of marijuana often wafted through the air along with the cigar.
We allow ourselves to register this comment because we advised Mark before writing it.
We hope changes will be made because the potential is there.
