The best value in Carolina Beach: a second row price with a pristine view and easy beach access. Completely unobstructed ocean view from this second row, third floor Condo. This is a 3 story walk-up with no elevator. Great exercise -- and the view is well worth it once you get there.
Access the private deck through two sets of sliding doors: one from the living room and one from the primary bedroom (go to and fro without disturbing the group). The top floor view gives you a front row seat to both beautiful sunrises and lovely night skies, with enough space and seating for your entire party.
Bring the whole crew: this condo sleeps six. Enjoy a high quality queen size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress in the living room, and two comfortable twins in the spacious second bedroom. The two full bathrooms allow big groups to get ready faster. An efficient kitchen and large dining area make it easy to enjoy your vacation meals, whether you prepare them yourself or have them delivered from one of the great nearby restaurants. While not directly on the water (just across street), I challenge anyone to find a better view of the water from your balcony while watching the sun rise. Don't forget about the sunset in the evening from the smaller balcony on the other side of the unit.

2.5/5 rounded up.Positives: Location and views were EXCELLENT, took 5 minutes to walk from the condo to the beach entrance and we loved watching the sunrise from balcony (saw some dolphins, too!). Parking was easy, kitchen was fully stocked with essentials, TV had a Roku, washer/dryer/dishwasher worked great and we had plenty of towels to use for showering etc. Host was responsive and check-in/out was easy. Negatives: We are not very picky when it comes to how new things are and don’t expect everything to be perfectly spotless, but this condo didn’t meet our expectations when compared to previous rental experiences. On arrival, the bed linens and towels didn’t smell clean and the towels were VERY rough. On arrival carpets were dirty, found little chunks of dirt and debris on laminate in the main living area (I swept the floors bc things kept getting stuck to our feet). There was also sand and debris in the bottom of the tub. Overall Condo felt a bit dilapidated, with aging sink/bath fixtures with build-up, dingy stained carpets and staining on the walls. We were aware that the pest control would come during our stay, but the pest control guy was not respectful and sprayed our shoes and near baby’s crib with insecticide despite us asking him not to.Although the price was reasonable, the total cost was not by any stretch “cheap” enough to justify the lack of cleanliness/overall quality of the condo. We would not stay here again unless upgrades were made.
