Bit disappointed

Not too far from centre of Málaga. I liked the nearby Salamanca Mercado.

Lights in room didn't work. Lights not working in hall either. It said on booking it had a washing machine but the washing machine was not working and she said it was only for private use. Also It was quite complicated to find and enter the apartment.

Not My Best

There was nothing I liked about this location. This was listed in Booking as a single room and it turned out to be a hostel like location with a shared bathroom and kitchen. The rooms were tiny and had no heating or airconditiong in them. I cant imagine this little box in the summer.

It had kitchen facilities and a shared bathroom.

The property that I stayed at wasn't at the location that was advertised on bookings.com. It didn't meet the description that was posted on bookings.com. I had a small room that was barely large enough to contain the bed. I could hardly move around in it when I had my suitcase opened on the floor. It seemed like a bait and switch situation. I tried to get the manager, (Alberto) to give me another room or provide a discount but he was unwilling to do so. The hallways were poorly lit making it almost dangerous to walk to your room.

Property was nice but not happy with check in system and parking

Good property and location and cleanliness

Spent more than an hour to find the parking and also very difficult to get in the property. One code to enter into the building, another code to get in the flat and then another code to get in to the room. Owner was not sending all codes in one go. After one code then I need to text him then after few minutes get the second code and then text again for room code. I don't know why he as not sending all those codes in one go. Difficult to communicate in English.

The room didnt have curtains and the balcony mecanisme doesnt work so you sleep with light and heat in the morning, a very bad experience and a low quality sleep, i told the host about the problem and he didnt do anything about it 👎 I had to out a bed sheet to block the burning sun light in the morning

Everything was dirty. Bad smell. Not appropriate for summer cause it didn't have air conditioner, even the fan was broken. Cockroaches in the bathroom. I had to leave because it was too hot, the owner give no solution, so i payed for 3 nights and i only stayed one.

The flimsy padlock to secure the rooms was really poor & not secure at all. We had to take our passports with us. The tiny bolt to secure the door was not safe at all

comfy bed, good sized room, lots of storage for clothes, wifi, tv, use of kitchen, towels, good shower, clean.

delay to check in despite being pre arranged. Noisy at night - not sure why as it’s a residential area. not enough utensils in the kitchen, dirty scourer, no shared food left which is odd. ie no oil/condiments for cooking- I wouldn’t want to buy this for a short visit. mosquito repellent plug in would be good!

Location was okay.

Bad communication. Room was cold; host said he would do something, but he did not. We left our bags for a few hours after check-out time; host threatened to throw them away if we did not come back in fifteen minutes. No lights in hallway. We could not wash clothes because washer/dryer did not have instructions. My wife woke up with insect bites in zig-zag pattern which is characteristic of bedbugs.

Don't waste your money on this place!

Ridiculous approach by the owners. On arrival I had to wait in the rain outside the door for 30 minutes for instructions on how to enter the building - as if they couldn't send this before arrival. Incredible dirt in the room. Stinking and stained bedding. After calling the owner immediately to the site, I was given a second set of bedding which I had to put on myself. Noises on the street 24 hours a day. The last day, the owner started knocking on the door at 10am telling me it was time to move out. Greatly surprised when I said that according to their announcement check out is until 12.00 a.m. I don't recommend it!

Close to the city centre- within walking distance.

One toilet and bath shared between 4 rooms. Smell lingers as no ventilation. Just very uncomfortable. It’s basically someone’s flat and they rent each room out.

Clean, simple space for exploring Malaga.

Great communication via WhatsApp with host, with code for door etc. Couple of rooms with communal bathroom and kitchen. Other guests were polite and the space was quiet. Just out of the main centre, simple cafe on the square outside for a morning coffee etc. Clean space, with fan in room for hot summer nights.

after accomodation part was disaster

Accomodation part was normal but after accomodation part was terrible. Destroyed my holiday in the following day. Owner texted me in the next day and said that they had 4 towels in the room and now they have only 2. When we entered to room we already had 2 towels. He insisted about 4 towels. I asked several times him to count all towels to see amount is okay or check other rooms or see cameras to see who entered room before us cause of when we came to room the door was not locked but he ignored my messages after blaming me with stealing his towels. It was terrible experience and not acceptable. I dont recommend this accomodation if you want to enjoy your holiday instead of blaming with stealing towels.

The only good thing is its location but staying here is not recommendable at all.

We booked this place for two nights but only ended up staying one. The experience was very unpleasant. We booked a large double room. The place announces facilties that are not present. The room definitely was not 20m^2 and maybe half the size. It was not clean at all, especially the shared bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting. There were hair everywhere. Our room was next to the bathroom. Its furniture was in very bad condition and the bedroom door damaged. You can hear absolutely everything from the other 3 bedrooms, the kitchen and the bathroom, so definitely not a place to get any rest. Charging 80€/ night for this place is absolutely abusive. To us, it is unexplainable how this place can have any good reviews. After all we asked the owner for a refund but they declined and clearly did not show any empathy nor apologized for anything.
