Muy cómoda las instalaciones y el personal muy atento

- facilities all new and up to date - staff very helpful and there 24 hrs - the bed pod was very spacious with all the electrical ports, shelves and railing - location was in a nice place in soho, very quiet and near the central station - loved the pod and having the lockers in the bathrooms so you don’t wake up people at night (although some people are still loud and inconsiderate, can’t be avoided in a hostel) - cafe was also very cute in the day

- when booking be aware this is not a very social hostel, but I knew that and went into it with that knowledge. It’s very clean and calm so great if you need a break from being around people - the communal areas weren’t very inviting to be honest, the chairs are placed a bit like a waiting room and the kitchen was very small - they don’t provide towels for free and holding your bags for a day costs 4€ which is a bit pricey since I only needed one held for 3 hours - I found it a little too cold in the room and they only gave us a sheet, I’m sure I could have asked for another blanket however

Es nuevo , pero para el precio que tiene , alto, le faltan cosas , nunca hay jabón ,en las duchas, y la salita de el microondas, no hay ni una servilleta de papel o un rollo de papel para limpiarse.

Te cobran , toallas y consigna , por cada maleta , es excesivo.
