LBI Steps to Beach, Lux Condo w Elevator, 4 Beds, 3 Bath, New Listing

Sonia was such an excellent host; very responsive and accommodating.The location of the house being the 3rd home from the ocean was fantastic and an easy walk for the little ones. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with every possible gadget and there was plenty of room to cook. A good size table for 8, and a countertop with 4 barstools provided ample eating areas. The small deck off the kitchen has a grill and seating which was so convenient for grilling or for morning coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop deck with plenty of seating and lounge chairs. The ocean view, sunrise and sunset views were breathtaking. Family friendly indeed! There were games, movies, bikes, beach toys, beach chairs, beach wagon etc. all available for our use. A portable crib and a highchair were really appreciated too. Thank you Sonia for such thoughtful touches. The two living rooms provided space for spreading out to either socialize or for quiet time. Sofas were very comfortable too. This was most definitely a great stay.

Well laid out for families. We hosted our grown children and first grandchild for a week without feeling stuffed together. North of the causeway to the mainland, it’s a quieter side of town and the private beach down a private path 50 yards away from your 3-story home with a rooftop patio is special. Good restaurants and the crowds are but a mile or two away. It really is a spectacular property and the owner was so helpful in every aspect.

Our trip was for a graduate, an end of school year and a 73 year old friend who hadn't been to the beach in 20 years trip. I visit LBI every year for the last 5 years. Loved North Beach and I wouldn't go south of Rt 72 ever again. Traffic is getting worse down in Beach Haven. Loved Surf City Beach Park. Very relaxing swimming hole. Very clean beaches. Family oriented island. I felt safe my whole trip.
