About this house rental
Located less than one mile off M123 before Trout Lake and one mile from the town, this spacious and comfortable home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Each room is tastefully decorated, fully furnished with bedding and towels and will comfortably sleep up to 11 people. Very family-friendly property and Wi-Fi! Fully stocked kitchen where you can cook your own meals if you wish or warm up leftovers from area restaurants. The attached single garage is available for use to store snowmobiles, ATVs or your vehicle. The home is air conditioned and has a whole house generator should the area have a power outage. This home is located on 40 acres with no close neighbors so it provides a quiet, wooded setting with ample parking for cars or snowmobile/ATV trailers.
Only 32 miles northwest of the Mackinac Bridge, Trout Lake boasts several smaller fishing lakes as well as big Trout Lake where water sports and great fishing are plenty. There are literally hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails located 1/2 mile from the front door, as well as thousands of acres of ATV trails in the summer. There are mining quarries to visit in either direction within 10 miles. Tahquamenon Falls is a must see and located 29 miles to the north. Other attractions less than an hour from Trout Lake: Oswald's Bear Ranch, Garlyn Zoo, Soo Locks Tours, Sault Ste. Marie Canada, Mackinac Island and St. Ignace. Pictured Rocks is 95 miles north and many, many more!

We love this condo! We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins play in the Gulf. Condo was well stocked and very clean. Pool, pickle ball courts, and a private beach, everything you need for an enjoyable vacation.

The property was older but very clean! It was definitely on the lower end of the price range for the area! The kitchen was well equipped with enough kitchen supplies for making meals! The only problem we had was a bit of a musty smell which didn’t seem to bother us after a few hours of getting used to it! We loved the location and the restaurant close by (Buckhorn). We would definitely stay there again!

This house was so nice and the layout was great . We traveled around to see different waterfalls and lakes . It’s very private so you can play your music and they supply all of your firewood for the afternoon and evening fires. The kitchen is fully supplied with all your kitchen needs . There are 3 top bunks so it’s great for younger kids . If you have more adults I would suggest bringing up a Queen blow mattress so adults dont sleep on a top bunk . We will be back and loved our stay !! Kids had a blast as well

Our stay was great! The property had so much to offer and everyone in our party was very impressed. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and the host was very quick to respond when we contacted them.
