Newly renovated and located in the Upper Peninsula's hidden gem on the St. Mary's River! Enjoy the waterfront views of the Great Lakes Freighters from the front patio which also has a hot tub! Close to public hunting grounds in the fall and ice fishing & snowmobiling in the winter! The award-winning restaurant, The Cozy Corners, is just down the road along with a convenience store stocked with bait, beer & liquor, pantry items, and souvenirs!

We absolutely loved this property and didn't want to leave. Everything about it was exceptional - communication with the host, quiet location, cleanliness, comfortable bed & couches, updated interior, well stocked kitchen, hot tub and of course the amazing view of the river, especially as the freighters passed by. We even had a bald eagle stop by and perch in our backyard tree for awhile. Downtown SSM is charming, the Soo Locks are fascinating and we had a great time visiting all of the local tourist stops as well as Whitefish Point & Mackinaw Isle. You can't help but become an expert on the Great Lakes. We would absolutely stay here again and will tell all of our friends about it. Kudos to Valery!

We will definitely be staying here again!! The view of the river is absolutely stunning. You can sit on the swing and watch the freighters go buy headed into or out of Canada. Front porch and bonfire area are wonderful especially with a hot tub right off the deck. She also has kayaks u can use which was awesome. We used them daily. Was the best vacation I’ve had in awhile. Everything was perfect including the communication with the owner. Plus you can’t beat the price!!!!!
