Really clean, good to have a dedicated parking space and central in the village.
Nothing, maybe change your wording on the pet policy. “1 small well behaved dog” might put people off.

A great location with good facilities nearby but only a very small breakfast bar seating two tightly, was too small for a couple and a child or even a couple in our opiinion.This is a B and B without the breakfast though you can pay for a nice one next door at the owners business!
The bed bit was very clean and comfortable.
Facilities for eating too.small no table only very small cramped breakfast bar did not suit a couple or small family.
