A fabulous little flat

The flat is cosy, wam and very comfortable. Brampton is a lovely town and the Howard arms is the go to pub if you like good food and real ale. Dog friendly too.

My only negative is the towels are too small and hair towels would be nice.

Pleasant stopover in rural town

Lovely accommodation in central location close to all amenities. Pleasant surprise for last minute booking as just passing through. Hosts responded quickly and were very helpful. Good facilities in the apartment and we lacked for nothing. 2 pubs and a handful of shops very close by.

Chimes from nearby clocktower were a little intrusive although hosts did provide earplugs which was thoughtful!

Fabulous hosts and a great stay in Brampton

Lovely hosts. We loved the cleanliness, facilities and the great location. Close to amenities, bars and cafés. A big shout out to Cranston's Food Hall 😊

One small criticism would be the positioning of the microwave, which is positioned a bit high up for safety

Lovely accommodation.

The size of the apartment was great, it was immaculate too. The location was brilliant, right at the market square and considering the pub is across the square it was really quiet. I may well return here as it's a great location to go to Hadrians Wall and the forts etc.

I forgot to take my charging plug so charging sockets would have made it perfect for someone who uses her phone and camera all the time.

Great location and wonderful flat. We only had one night but we would have gladly spent several nights here.

The flat itself was a bit difficult to find, as it was an alleyway just off the main square. A bit more information on how to find it would have been helpful as we arrived after dark.

Unless you want to wake up every hour through the night then don’t stay here!

It should be stated that there is a clock tower outside the property that chimes on the hour every hour all night long, it woke us up every hour. The beds were also very uncomfortable and the towels smelt of damp. DON’T STAY HERE!

Stairs apart, excellent location, comfortable bed and well equipped.

Good location for food shop and restaurant. Also not far to drive to points on the Wall. Well equipped. Living space great for two. Mattress good and despite window opposite a pub room was quiet.

We found it difficult to locate the apartment but good contact with owner for help. The entrance to the apartment is up steep stairs. As both of us have difficulty in stairs getting the baggage up and down was hard. At least one could stop close to the alley and minimise carriage distance. Awkward getting into and out of good shower.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Brampton

Lovely apartment in the centre of Brampton. Good communication with the owner. The arrival instructions were easy to follow. We were a group of friends on a cycling holiday and there was storage available for our bikes. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean and had all the facilities we needed. It is right in the centre of the town and we had a lovely meal at the Howards Arm hotel. Great value for money. Would recommend

Lovely Bright Clean apartment, within easy reach of the Hadrian's Wall Trail

The Studio was lovely, it so exceeded our expectations. It was clean, bright and airy and right in the centre of Brampton. The beds were really comfortable and it was really nice to have the whole space to ourselves. We were walking Hadrian's Wall Trail and a Taxi ride there and back was really easy to organise, as well as accommodating the Hadrian Haul baggage transfer company . We will certainly be back.

Handy place to stay overnight, right in the heart of Brampton.

Really well located next to the market and high street in Brampton. Nice place to stay en route to Scotland. Two single beds in one room, and a double in another, Spacious bathroom, and comfortable kitchen and lounge area. Lovely wee town, with a great curry house (Star Anise), several pubs, op shops, antique stores, food stores, restaurants and cafes. The market had one of the most amazing cheese stalls I have ever seen.

The flat was nice and clean, but the hallway and stairs were a bit tired, and the smell of the cleaning product was overwhelming. While two people slept through the market day set up, one didn't! It was 8.00 o'clock though - so I guess not too bad overall.

Gute Kommunikation, schwache Ausstattung

Die Lage in dem kleinen Städtchen Brampton war sehr zentral.

In dem ganzen Haus riecht es sehr feucht. Die Fenster sind alt und lassen sich kaum richtig öffnen. Die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet und etwas ungepflegt. Die Matratzen haben keinen guten Standard und die Handtücher rochen muffig. Die Gastgeber bemühen sich um eine sehr gute Kommunikation und haben tolle Beschreibungen und Informationen über sich in der Wohnung. Aber das ist nur die Software. Die Hardware braucht ein wenig mehr Zuwendung und Pflege.

Leuk, fijn appartement in leuk dorpje.

ruim, sfeervol ingericht appartement, alles was erg schoon, keukentje voorzien van alles wat nodig was, ruime badkamer. Via berichtje en een brief bij binnenkomst was het toch een persoonlijke ontvangst, ondanks sleutelkluisje. Toen het slot niet bleek te werken voor afsluiten van binnenuit kwam Liam erg snel om dit te repareren. Locatie aan het dorpsplein met winkels en pubs tegenover.

Alles was prima!!
