2213 Windsor II is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Palmetto Dunes that is decorated with a tropical flair. The balcony overlooks a gorgeous grass yard with tropical landscaping, two swimming pools, including a zero entry children's pool, and majestic trees.
The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and recessed lights. The master bath has granite countertop and tile floors.
This second-floor villa features hardwood floors, light tan walls, and is tastefully decorated. The fully equipped kitchen has sky blue walls, a granite breakfast bar with three cane stools, double sinks, and a separate laundry room. Whether guests are preparing food in the kitchen, enjoying a meal with the family, or relaxing in the living room, they can see the breath-taking view of the ocean. The dining room is to the right of the front entrance and has a large glass table on a bamboo base with six high-back wood chairs. In the living room, guests can relax on the palm green sofa, two swivel chairs, or the armchair all while enjoying their favorite program on the 55" Roku TV with DVD. The balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the guest room and provides a table for four. Take in a sunrise while drinking your morning coffee. The guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the villa and is carpeted with light yellow walls, two double beds, accent chair, and a 32" TV. There is a hall closet, as well as a hall bathroom with a single granite vanity and a combination tub/shower. This room has access to the balcony shared with the living room.

Great location and a nice unit. Unit needed floors cleaned when we arrived and Beach Properties had it done quickly. The only knock on the stay was construction, painting and the lack of chairs at the pool the first week. VRBO mentioned that windows were being replaced and it would be completed by the end of March when in reality it will be closer to the end of April. Overall we would stay again in the future.

This condo has a comfortable layout and the last minute availability allowed us to extend a week vacation at a different property by a few more days. Beach access was excellent and easy and the furnishings were comfortable.
The condo could use a bit more thorough cleaning, the carpets had stains, the wood floor had sand and the kitchen cabinet shelves and drawers haven't been cleaned in a while. However the flooring is new and the decor is of high quality. We swept, wiped down cabinets and ran everything we used through the dishwasher.
Overall a good stay.

This was a nice weekend getaway for our family of 4. Room had a nice partial view of the ocean and great balcony overlooking the pool and landscaping. Easy access. Beds were comfortable and we liked the separation of bedrooms. Teenage boys liked the separate double beds. Lots of space to enjoy but we spent most of our time outside. Riding bikes on the beach, shopping in Coligny Plaza and walking and riding on the bike trails through the neighborhood to Shelter Cove. Taxis were busy but that was how we got around if we were going someplace not within walking distance for example Harbor Town. The weather was unseasonably cool but we made the best of it. I gave 3 stars to the check in process because the office was far away from the actual property and we were in an Uber from the airport. Thankfully the driver didn’t mind the extra stop. It would have been nice to have some clearer instructions on what to expect during checkin. I didn’t actually talk to a live person. Only when I called the property the day before did someone answer a few of my questions regarding the amenities. Also the email I received did not list the physical address of the property so I had nothing to give the Uber driver. With bated breathe we did find the gps address in the checkin packet so we could give the address to the driver. A bit stressful when you are checking into a new place and a new city.
