This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3 bath villa in Palmetto Dunes is the perfect island oasis! The kitchen opens to a gorgeous living and dining area with cathedral ceilings and amazing lagoon views. The deck overlooking the lagoon is so relaxing for either morning coffee or afternoon refreshments. This villa invites vacation mode. Coastal chic describes both master ensuites, which are on the first floor. Upstairs is an additional bedroom, bathroom. Guests staying at 122 Abbington can access the beach and the pools at Hampton Place and Barrington complexes across the street.

The 3rd bedroom upstairs was very hot and you couldn't cool it down and there was drawers missing from the cabinet bathroom upstairs.

Clean and recently updated condo. We had a great stay! Check in and out process were easy and straightforward.

The place was beautiful and clean. (Maybe a new bedroom carpet) . Traveling with our grandson- wish pool was a bit closer. We would definitely stay again.

Check in was bad. I let the mgmt company know we had not received the parking passes & was told twice they would be waiting for me. They were not waiting & it was an ordeal getting them. The place itself had good quality furnishings all around. It does need to be updated. Carpets are very old & need replacing. Also needs updated paint & decor. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay. Great view & very close to beach.
