Excellent location in El Poblado. Walking distance to great restaurants.

First room we stayed at had no windows and there was loud music all night long.

Great location

Very loud noises from people all night long. Didn’t get a good night Sleep any of the nights I was there.

The property is at a prime location. A short work to convenient stores, restaurants, and the night life. Very clean area, and I felt secure.

There were no hot water for me to shower. I told the front desk. Someone came to check on it, and it still didn't work.

Amazing location, just in the heart of El Poblado, very close to Provenza. Just the location.

Since the room has no window it was pretty dark and airless. Ultimate claustrophobiac room with a heavy mold smell. The room was a bit neglected too, pealing ceeling paint, cheap flooring… I know this was the cheap room but in the photos one cannot understand that room is in that bad condition. Never used jacuzzi, actually it’s a little bit funny that bad smelling dark cheap room has a jacuzzi:) I think this was irrelevant. They offered me another room with window but I was outside and I had a very early flight at night so I didn’t want to deal with it buy thanks anyway.
