The breakfast was delicious! The service superb and the place excellent
I think it does need a cozy bar with some music to entertainer your guest , if we want to have a drink with friends before going to dinner or coming back from another place . Not inside the restaurant .

This hotel has an excellent location. It is perfectly situated in El Poblado and even has direct internal access from the second floor to Oviedo Mall, which makes it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. The entire staff was exceptional — from the front desk to room service and laundry service — everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive.
The breakfast was very generous and absolutely delicious — truly one of the highlights of our stay.
The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. Everything was very clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which made for a very relaxing experience.
I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Front desk & restaurant staff were very good. Breakfast selection varied daily - tasted fine. Next to mall with grocery store with access gate. Comfy beds.
Housekeeping was a let down. One bottle of water per stay (not per day). Short on hand & face towels.
