The Marsh Inn overlooks hundreds of acres of the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve in St. Augustine FL, offering majestic views, tidal water access, and a variety of activities to enjoy the natural surroundings.
After a day of hiking on any of the miles of maintained trails in Stokes Landing Conservation Area, paddling with our provided canoe or kayak through the tidal waterways, fishing from our private dock, observing birds and wildlife from any of the windows or decks, or touring nearby St. Augustine, enjoy a meal or cocktail on the deck high above the marsh before you unwind in your cozy retreat.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marsh inn. It is in an incredible setting! The house is nicely decorated and well-appointed. The hosts are gracious and accommodating!

We were thrilled with the location of this house in the marsh. Windows and porches invited us outside to watch birds, light, and tides. New kitchen appliances made cooking a pleasure. The house has a simple layout and decor - just right for us. Hiking in Stokes Landing Conservation Area, across the road from the property was also a treat. We return home with beautiful bird and landscape photographs.

We stayed at the Marsh Inn for 6 days and it was the perfect peaceful oasis. Conveniently located while offering a unique and beautiful location. James and Laurie were incredibly kind and helpful.

Our stay at this property was awesome. It is a wonderful and comfortable home for a family. very close to restaurants and the historic center. thanks for allowing us to stay. Definitely coming back.
