The house has been updated and feels fresh, warm, cozy, and has a great view of Haystack Rock. The beach access is just 2-3 houses across the street, making it easily accessible. Overall, it is an excellent house in Pacific City.

Everything was perfectly clean and very nice. We stayed with another family and it was a great setup, with one bedroom and bathroom downstairs, with bonus living room, and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Easy access to the beach. Would stay here again!

Great location and house for a family Thanksgiving week. Views of the ocean, easy walk to beach, and well stocked kitchen made for a great vacation.

The home and location were practically perfect. However, it felt like the owners/managers cared very little about any of the details. The linens were cheap, the towels were a joke (no beach towels at a beach house!), no dish towels & only 2 paper towel rolls, the pillows were so lumpy and old we literally tried to order pillows from Amazon our 2nd day, shower curtains were riddled with pink mold. By the third day we had compiled a shopping list of all the things that would have made the stay better (small dressers for each bedroom, beach towels, better sheets, and so on) and it came out to less then 500. For the price we paid we hope they invest in these small things for future stays. Also for families be careful, the railing is so dangerous as it is horizontal slats that our kids were so tempted to climb.
