Welcome to Sea Mist, a 5 bedroom home in Kiwanda Shores just a short walk to the beach with lots of natural light and views of Haystack Rock. The great room showcases upgrades throughout including granite counters, gas fireplace, eating bar and large dining table. There are cozy couches and a wall of windows. Upstairs in the loft area the view is the best! There are 3 additional bedrooms downstairs making room for the whole family. There are decks on both sides so no matter the weather, you're sheltered. The new hot tub is under the back deck. This home has been thoughtfully designed and furnished for great vacations including full use of the garage, a couple of beach-cruiser bikes, WIFI and it's pet-friendly too!

Master bedroom with king bed and full bath. 3rd floor loft accessible by spiral staircase has 2 twin beds.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

We had the most magical vacation here! Our teen and adult children had plenty of space and we loved so many places to enjoy time as a family!

The house was really nice. Not much of a view, but close to beach. Jet tub in master did not work.😩
Really needed better kitchen utensils. Could not find a decent can opener. Bedroom situation worked well for our 5 adults and 3 kids!
We did not use the hot tub.

Beach view is exaggerated. Beach view is only possible in a bedroom at the top of some hard to climb and very noisy stairs, where there is two single beds and a small window. You can see the ocean through this one window. We were emailed the wrong information about the internet so spent unnecessary time when arriving trying to call the office, with no one answering. TV in Living room is super small, and the only TV I saw. Our pillowcases in the main bedroom were aged and very worn, two different colors, when they were a solid color to start with. Main bedroom closet was broken and hard to open and close. This house needs some fresh upgrades, knives were dull, pots and pans were so worn.The location of this home is great, it’s only a few blocks from an entrance to the beach area. But don’t rent this for a view of the ocean and beach. The backyard is nice as you look out at some trees, the hot tub was nice and clean. Great decks but to cold to enjoy them.They have a nice long table in the dining room for families and games. There was 6 adults and two kids in our party and 2-3 of us were on the floor in the LR as there were not enough seats for everyone, the LR is pretty small.The house was clean when we arrived. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable to sleep in, but not comfortable to sit up in. They supplied lots of blankets, the rooms were pretty cold. Pacific City is a wonderful area to stay, we will be back to Pacific City
