Great location, walking distance to the town centre, train station and shops. There was sauna in the building, so it was great to use it after long day in the mountains. Very kind and helpful stuff.

Lack of fridge in the room and space as our room was in the loft.

Convenient location, very clean and quiet.

If you're looking for comfort and coziness and are willing to pay a little more, look elsewhere. The room is very basic, the mattress is hard and uncomfortable, and the bedding is from the cheapest. Keep in mind that there's no hairdryer and big mirror in the room. The kitchen is almost always occupied because there's only one for so many rooms, there's a queue for the only kettle, and the refrigerator is overflowing, making it impossible to store your own food. The Wi-Fi is barely working; I used my own connection via roaming. Overall, it's livable, but there are better options in Zakopane.

Room was perfect for a solo traveler, kitchen was nice and it was close to the bus station to get to various hikes.

Bed was pretty uncomfortable and wifi didn’t work very well.
