Pohulanka

Great room and easy access.

I wasn't sure if/where the staff were in case of emergency.

The location was great, only 15 mins to Krupówki, the room was clean and bathroom, water pressure was amazing 👏 comfortable stayed there for 3 nights, woukd be happy to stay longer. Communication with the staff was also great,

Maybe it was just my room (12) but the WiFi was terrible, the best signal was in the hallway and in the kitchen, and the living room just felt a bit sad, so I didn't feel like staying there.

Great location, walking distance to the town centre, train station and shops. There was sauna in the building, so it was great to use it after long day in the mountains. Very kind and helpful stuff.

Lack of fridge in the room and space as our room was in the loft.

Convenient location, very clean and quiet.

If you're looking for comfort and coziness and are willing to pay a little more, look elsewhere. The room is very basic, the mattress is hard and uncomfortable, and the bedding is from the cheapest. Keep in mind that there's no hairdryer and big mirror in the room. The kitchen is almost always occupied because there's only one for so many rooms, there's a queue for the only kettle, and the refrigerator is overflowing, making it impossible to store your own food. The Wi-Fi is barely working; I used my own connection via roaming. Overall, it's livable, but there are better options in Zakopane.
