This was our second stay at this hotel — and once again, everything was excellent! The room was clean and cozy with a pleasant interior, and it was quiet and peaceful at night. It had a private bathroom with shampoo, shower gel, and soap provided. Everything we needed was available: a fridge, kettle, plates, mugs, forks, and a knife. Great value for money. We were very satisfied — thank you for a comfortable stay! We’ll definitely come back!

Great central location and facilities. Everything was just as described on the website. The room was equipped with all the essentials including the fridge and an electric kettle. And the view of the ski jumping hill was an added bonus. 👌 The only thing I think would be nice to have is tea and coffee packets either in the room or the kitchen downstairs. I'll definitely book this hotel again during my next visit to Zakopane.

Very nice and clean, mini fridge and kettle in the room, little shampoos in the bathroom
You should have 2 zł coin to play billiard on the ground floor. The bed wasn't great, it was uncomfortable even though we were very tired.

Location is just on the top of the Krupowki
We messaged the property for extra pillows and just been ignored. For five night sleep, they didn’t offer towel change and supply only 2 toilet rolls. We needed to buy our own
