The staff were friendly and the view from the balcony was nice.
My partner and I stayed 3 long nights here and wish we booked elsewhere. The beds were short and one in particular (we booked a twin room) was extremely uncomfortable as you could feel the springs in your back. The shower temperature would go between hot and cold and the water wouldn't drain. The wifi didn't work on the first day and the water didn't work (couldn't flush the toilet, shower or wash hands) on the second morning. The pillows were huge and the curtains were basically see through. Given the amount of options for accommodation in Zakopane you should save yourself the pain of staying here and book something else.
