Good location, nice to have a backyard and a balcony. A big kitchen with everything we needed, although the fridge can be a bit too small if there are a lot of people staying there.
The floors are very creaky and there is no air conditioning.

The room itself was quite good, tidy & with everything you may need for a short stay.
The bathroom was outside of the room & didn't feel as a private, though we chose an option to have a room with a private bathroom. Also room was at the basement & from all sides outside of the room we were next to the main routes (parking, entrance, kitchen), especially bad isolation with the kitchen - which was next to our room & there were 2 lads drinking late night, like it would be a pub & we could hear everything, just didn't understand them as they were speaking in polish.
