About this apartment rental
Beautiful views from this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beachfront condo. Entire condo was newly painted this spring. The gulf front master bedroom has one queen bed, sliding glass door access to the balcony, private master bath and a 50 inch Smart TV. The guest bedroom has one queen bed, flat screen TV and shares a hall bath with the living area. The living area offers an amazing Gulf View with access to balcony, 55 inch Smart TV and a NEW queen sleeper sofa bring the sleeping capacity to 6 total guest. There is also a pack n play in unit.
Complementary chairs and umbrella are included with your rental between March 1-October 31 this includes 2 beach chairs 1 umbrella, and a table set up directly on beach by Lazy Days Rentals with use of 1 hour of water sports daily...stand up paddle board or kayak.
Emerald Isle offers an exercise room, two pools one of which is heated, hot tub and dune walkover from pool deck to beach. Once you arrive no car needed- walk to shops restaurants and bars across the street. Sit on the balcony and take in the view as crystal clear waves crash on the sugar white sand beaches. Bird watch for Pelicans, Gulls and Ospreys who occasionally have to make way for Navy Blue Angel fighter jets as they perform the coveted fly by. Keep an eye out for schools of dolphins and rays as they cruise by or catch a rare glimpse of a manatee or sea turtle. Stroll West down the beach into the sunset to the fishing pier and cast a line in for a successful dinner catch. Walk East to the privacy and seclusion of the private beaches of Santa Rosa Island. You deserve this.
The gated parking lot is complimentary for 1 vehicle during summer months. An overflow lot is located next door with pay per parking. If more than one vehicle is needed during the slower months two vehicles can be accommodated upon request.

Knox Pest Control performs interior pest control on the 4th Tuesday in Feb, May, Aug & Nov. Each unit needs to be treated which takes about 5 minutes.
The baseboards in bathroom, kitchen, pantry, AC closet, laundry room and sliding doors will be sprayed.
We apologize for any inconvenience in advance, but this treatment is necessary to properly control building pests. The technician will knock loudly on door prior to entry. We encourage any occupant to remain present, otherwise, we will use pass keys to make entry. Please secure all belongings.

Beautiful condo! We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo is within walking distance to yummy restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful and a big bonus that two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided each day. Coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise was beautiful. We experienced excellent communication with the owner when we experienced a problem with the hot water heater. The issue was resolved quickly. We hope to return soon.

Overall the stay nice. The process to get in was a bit complicated though. Only one elevator was working which was a huge inconvenience. The unit is spacious and clean. But the ice maker was not connected and there were no ice trays. This should have been communicated. The balcony was wonderful but one sliding door was very difficult to open. The view was outstanding!

Well, let me just start by saying that the condo looks a lot better online than it does in person. I actually cleaned the light fixture over the dining room table because it was so filthy. The light was dim. There is not one mirror in the whole condo except for the small mirrors in each bathroom no full length mirrors no dresser mirrors very disappointing, especially if you’re a female we like to see what we look like. The icemaker did not work the whole time we were there the condo on a hole really needs to be updated as we paid premium price. The look of the condo really does not make that standard. We were there for a specific Function, so that was definitely enjoyable the attendant for the chair rental, which we got a free chair every day I found very rude but other than those few little things are stay was just OK. I would not go back for a stay here, Codes are a pain!
