Unit #1705, TOP FLOOR- 17th floor
***(Updated Mar 1 2026) Please note, there is renovation work being done currently to the building, including some blocked parking for cleaning the exterior of the building.
Emerald Isle began a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of the buildingโs vertical transportation system August 2025. This will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work (Aug 2025- Winter & possibly Spring of 2026). Noise will be minimized during quiet hours, however we are unaware of the levels during the day or when they will be at peak.

Emerald Isle sits in a prime location on Pensacola Beach and offers a gated property designed for comfort and peace of mind. Guests are provided with entry codes for both the gate and the building, creating a secure and private environment throughout their stay.
The resort offers excellent amenities for guests of all ages, including two outdoor swimming pools and a relaxing hot tub. There is also an on-site fitness center for those who like to keep up with their workouts while away from home.

Amazing trip & weeklong getaway! - BEAUTIFUL, spacious condo! - Clean environment from the lobby, pool area, and especially the condo itself!- Comfortable all around.- Beautiful view from top floor! - Easy to access pool, beach, and stores/restaurants nearby. Didnโt move our car for a week (e.g. walked, golf cart pick up) - Great communication leading up to and during trip with the host! Quick responses when needed. - Would HIGHLY recommend! Sad the trip is overโฆ.

The place we stayed was nice, but it was hard finding the correct person to talk to and I just kept getting transferred back and fourth. The rooms looked bigger in the pictures. Listed as no smoking, but couldnt enjoy the balcony due to people smoking. There was a constant whistling coming from the outside patio doors and a strobing outlet that I am pretty sure was a firehazard. The amenities left were very generous and lasted out stay. They even left tide pods which was awesome.
