About this apartment rental
Located directly on the white sand of beautiful Pensacola Beach, this 10th floor three-bedroom, two-bath, 10th floor corner unit has amazing views.
Upon entering the unit, you will find the well-equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar seating. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. Enjoy family meals at the dining table that seats eight. The living room has large windows with fabulous Gulf views. There is plenty of comfortable seating, including pull-out sofa bed.
Relax and enjoy the view on the private balcony, accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath and beautiful Gulf views. The second bedroom has a king bed and is just off of the living area. The third bedroom is located near the entry of the unit and offers a queen bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The two guest bedrooms share a hall bath, located off of the living area.
For your convenience, the unit has its own washer and dryer. This 1,600 square foot condo sleeps eight people.
On-site amenities include two swimming pools, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. Shopping, dining and night life is just a short walk from this centrally located condo, making it an ideal location for a beach vacation.
Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

Had a great time, restaurants and some bars with in walking distance. Condo was nice and was equipped with everything we needed. Views were great.

Very nice, clean and as expected unit. The host is very informative and answers any questions and concerns promptly. We were unable to use the balcony due to renovations but knew about this before we arrived. The view from the floor to ceiling windows was amazing!! We would definitely rent this unit again and plan on it!!Only concern is the elevators. 80% of the time only 1 elevator was working for the entire building. Made it very inconvenient for all. Especially those renting units on higher floors. One property owner that we talked to said that this has been a problem for over a year. This is NOT the unit/hosts issue but the building owners.

The only negative was the balcony was closed the entire 5 days we were there. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because the online information was vague and listed the balcony as possibly being closed. I didn’t hear back until the next day that it was Definitely Closed and by that time I had already cancelled my other hotel reservation, and there was no other units at this location. There was No View to even look at through the balcony doors since they were covered in plastic wrap. We did have very large front windows where we could see the ocean and watch the construction crews go up and down on the scaffolding. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. We did have our son staying at the same place and since their balcony wasn’t being worked on we were able to visit him and use his balcony. Had a great trip and would love to rent again when the balcony is open. Thank You to Paradise Agency for trying to locate us a different unit.

Overall the condo was good. The location was nice but the building had a lot of issues with the doors and gates not working. There were maintenance workers there attempting to correct the issue. Communication with the property management was poor. I had emailed regarding check in instructions that were not disclosed in any listing or rental agreement docs and did not receive a response at all- I had to call the day of our check in for information. I had also emailed about amenities in the condo and was given a generic answer that didn’t reflect what was actually in the condo. It seemed as though they had a go-to answer for all rentals they manage and it isn’t specific to the actual unit being rented. Considering it’s commonly used for vacation rental, you would think they would understand that planning is a big piece of travel. The other issue was that the condo had cockroaches. With that said, you can tell the owners have done a great job creating a comfortable space for renters. The appliances were nice and the beds were all very comfortable. The management is where the ball is getting dropped.
