About this apartment rental
Located directly on the white sand of beautiful Pensacola Beach, this 10th floor three-bedroom, two-bath, 10th floor corner unit has amazing views.
Upon entering the unit, you will find the well-equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar seating. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. Enjoy family meals at the dining table that seats eight. The living room has large windows with fabulous Gulf views. There is plenty of comfortable seating, including pull-out sofa bed.
Relax and enjoy the view on the private balcony, accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath and beautiful Gulf views. The second bedroom has a king bed and is just off of the living area. The third bedroom is located near the entry of the unit and offers a queen bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa. The two guest bedrooms share a hall bath, located off of the living area.
For your convenience, the unit has its own washer and dryer. This 1,600 square foot condo sleeps eight people.
On-site amenities include two swimming pools, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. Shopping, dining and night life is just a short walk from this centrally located condo, making it an ideal location for a beach vacation.

Beautiful Panoramic view of Pensacola Beach. Beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed being able to walk out to beach from our accommodations. The place was clean and had everything you needed to stay and cook in. The bedrooms and baths also were clean and comfortable.

Great views, perfect location, and so much room!!!!! Easily accommodated our group of 8. One suggestion to improve- some pool towels to use during the stay would be much appreciated. No complaints from us- our second stay at Emerald Isle and we loved it!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and much larger than expected. We traveled with 2 families and never felt cramped. One of the elevators on the property was broken on and off the entire stay...residents said that wasn't uncommon. Beach chair rental from the 3rd party company was outrageous! Luckily there was a small umbrella and chairs in the utility closet. Beds were decently comfortable, but bedrooms lacked ample storage to fully unpack. Couch needs an upgrade as it was very overly loved and somewhat uncomfortable to sit for long periods. The kitchen had plenty of cooking items and even a keurig! Looked like it had a brand new washing machine!The view off the balcony was fantastic!

Overall the condo was good. The location was nice but the building had a lot of issues with the doors and gates not working. There were maintenance workers there attempting to correct the issue. Communication with the property management was poor. I had emailed regarding check in instructions that were not disclosed in any listing or rental agreement docs and did not receive a response at all- I had to call the day of our check in for information. I had also emailed about amenities in the condo and was given a generic answer that didn’t reflect what was actually in the condo. It seemed as though they had a go-to answer for all rentals they manage and it isn’t specific to the actual unit being rented. Considering it’s commonly used for vacation rental, you would think they would understand that planning is a big piece of travel. The other issue was that the condo had cockroaches. With that said, you can tell the owners have done a great job creating a comfortable space for renters. The appliances were nice and the beds were all very comfortable. The management is where the ball is getting dropped.
