***(Updated May 1 2026) Please note, there are renovations currently to the building, including some blocked parking for cleaning the exterior of the building. At times, one of the pools may be closed as well.
Emerald Isle began a comprehensive modernization project to improve the building late 2025. Noise will be minimized during quiet hours, however we are unaware of the levels during the day or when they will be at peak.

Emerald Isle sits in a prime location on Pensacola Beach and offers a gated property designed for comfort and peace of mind. Guests are provided with entry codes for both the gate and the building, creating a secure and private environment throughout their stay.
The resort offers excellent amenities for guests of all ages, including two outdoor swimming pools and a relaxing hot tub. There is also an on-site fitness center for those who like to keep up with their workouts while away from home.
Every condo at Emerald Isle features a Gulf-front balcony, perfect for taking in the incredible views of the emerald-green water and soft white sand. The view was wonderful and the condo was equally wonderful. We loved the easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. The complimentary beach chair and umbrella rental was used every day as were the pools. There was plenty of space in the condo for 8 people. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice. We would definitely stay again!

Great condo! Clean and well kept! Easy beach and pool access, no noise issues from other guests, really the perfect stay! Only thing that I didn't see mentioned in any descriptions is limited amount of laundry and dishwasher pods. It worked out fine, but just something to be aware of. And no spices or anything are kept in the house, so if cooking, be prepared to purchase everything but table salt and pepper. Not huge issues, just nice to know when planning for groceries.

Could not have asked for a better place! So spacious, super clean, easy access into the condo, amazing access to the beach. It was truly like being at home. You wonโt need to pack the extras because they are already there.

Property and condo is as good as listed. Love how close is to the pools or beach.Several restaurants are walking distance.Neighborhood Walmart and publix are 7 minutes away by car.
