About this apartment rental
This spacious Gulf front, three-bedroom condo is located directly on the white sand of beautiful Pensacola Beach. The perfect spot from which to watch the Blue Angels perform! This 15th floor corner unit has amazing views!
Upon entering the unit, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas. Enjoy family meals at the dining table that seats six with additional seating at the breakfast bar.
The living room has large windows with fabulous Gulf views.. Relax and enjoy the view on the private balcony, accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath and Gulf views. The second bedroom has two queen beds and is located just to the right of the entrance. The third bedroom is located off the hallway to the left side of the entrance and has a twin over full bunk bed. The guest bedrooms share a hall bath, located off of the living area. For your convenience, the unit has its own washer and dryer. This 1600 square foot condo sleeps eight people.
On site amenities include two swimming pools, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. Shopping, dining and night life is just a short walk from this centrally located condo, making it an ideal location for a beach vacation.
Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

These condos are really nice but the only problem is is there's only two elevators for the entire building spend a lot of time waiting

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The unit was clean. We had easy access to beach, pool, and many restaurants and shops. We especially loved the view! We would definitely stay here again.

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

I stay here every year. My children have grown up here and my grandchildren are beginning to visit now. This year was the first year I thought of staying somewhere else entirely. There was a gate issue with security code problems. We were harassed by not being able to enter the gate or the building numerous times and witnessed the same problem with other people struggling as well. It made for a miserable trip. Also a lack of security in the building at times. No one cleaning the elevators properly. Kids running in and out with water dripping everywhere. Just generally Emerald Isle is not well attended. Pass the word on...I love the place. I'm not sure I will stay there again.
