On day 3 of our vacation the ceiling fan in the master bedroom started dripping water onto our bed . After 3 days of complaining and 6 different people who work for the property assessing the situation I was told it could not be fixed. They gave us a tool of tape and told us to wrap a towel around the top of the fan and they gave us a roll of tape . We had a very large bowl on the bed to catch the water. On day 5 or our vaca another 2 workers came up and pushed our bed to the sliding patio door . Great then we just had to leave the bowl on floor half under our bed to catch the water. Not a fun few days . I keep having to dry out the bed before we could go to bed .

The location and views were spectacular. The room was clean, except for the floors. My biggest complaint is the check in and check out times. Could not get in room until 4pm exactly. Had to check out at 9am, which is too early, especially for such a late checkin. We also had issues with the door code, which was updated twice during our stay. There is no one onsite to help with anything either.
