    The hotel staff were wonderful, always providing fresh towels and a friendly attitude. We also really enjoyed the cozy lobby and its food.

    Wonderful affordable option! The only downside is the train stop is one stop into the green line so had to pay more and adjust train ticket a lot.

    Staffs are so nice and patient. Just 5mins away from the subway station. Also, the drinks and the ice creams are free!!! I just love it!!!

    The hotel was clean & staff were friendly & I particularly enjoyed the lobby freebies - free soft drinks/hot drinks/ice cream & the cosmetics. The room size was disappointing & value for money could be better. Whilst the location was very near the station which is 1 stop from Shibuya, it’s not a close walk to the centre. Checkout is too early at 10am plus they make you pay to leave luggage, 500 yen per item.
