Amazing outdoor space/decks front and back, gas grill and griddle, campfire wood provided. (No Pets, No Exceptions!) Parking Area Security Cam - Additional per night fee over six (6). (This provides a lower rate for smaller groups. Please be upfront about the number of guests as it is automatically built into the rate offer)
**June - 5 night minimum, July and August - 7 night minimum. Saturday check-in Check-Out. ** Base Rate is for 6, additional per night fee for over 6 guests.

The house is in a beautiful area at the lake. David was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The house is well stocked and comes with anything you might need during your stay. My family and friends enjoyed the home, and we would stay there again. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Raystown Lake area.

We arrived early so we met the owners as they were leaving. Easy check in. A peaceful, comfortable home in the woods, close to Seven Points marina.Very clean, with a well stocked kitchen and great deck with grill and griddle. We ate outside all week.

This house is in a wonderful location, it's only a 5 minute drive to the lake. The location is peaceful and without interruption. The host was accommodating, kind, and helpful to anything you may need if you are new to the area, he's very knowledgeable. The house is so well stocked and beautifully put together and it comes with anything you may need during your stay. This is a 10/10 stay, and I would recommend this location and the host to anyone and everyone.

This is our third time staying at this home. Our family loves staying here. The house is immaculate and well-stocked in the kitchen,and the beds are comfortable. Needed right space for small entourage on grad weekend - truly home away from home, as if we’d appointed it ourselves! Beautiful backdrop with extraordinary back deck. Comfy bedrooms, lovely everything, and wonderful host. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Lakeside Ridge for our son’s graduation from PSU. Peaceful and well equipped it was a home away from home for the six of us. Very responsive and great communication, easy check in and out. Just as described and pictured with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of extras we don’t always find in rental properties (like paper plates, spices beyond salt and pepper, coffee, tea and sweeteners to name some). We loved the outdoor seating areas and there’s plenty of space to eat and relax. We look forward to coming back again to enjoy your wonderful home.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood. All the outdoor seating areas were fantastic - fire pit area with lots of chairs and plenty of good firewood, comfortable couches on the front porch and the back track and an outdoor kitchen area with propane supplied. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pots and pans were good quality. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. It was a perfect weekend.

We started staying here about 3 years ago and now come twice a year. The house is very discieving when you come up the driveway as it looks small but it is large on the main floor with a huge finished basement with additional living area. It's a great central meeting spot for family and friends. We enjoy visiting Huntington, Raystown and Martinsburg while here but it is easy to find plenty to do at the property. The fully stocked kitchen and beautiful outdoor kitchen is our favorite part! Almost all of our meals are prepared on the Blackstone. The kitchen even has a few basics - seasonings, oil, flour, sugar etc. if you forget an ingredient. Two awesome outdoor areas on both sides of the house, lots of wildlife to observe. Games & activities to play. Nice sized fire pit with plenty of seating too. Dave is a great host & easy to communicate with. Thanks so much for having us once again! Looking forward to next time.

My third time staying here for an annual mountain bike trip to the Allegrippis Trails. Please do not rent this house for the next dates that I take my crew there. But for any other dates, this is a very comfortable place to stay and extremely close to the mountain bike trail heads. Clean, well-stocked kitchen, very cool outdoor decks/hang-out spaces, etc.

The property was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for large families. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar and laundry. Everything we needed was right at your fingertips. There is a Walmart within 15 minutes of the property for groceries and a bait store on the way to the marina. After spending the mornings/afternoons on beautiful Raystown Lake, we enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the evenings watching the wildlife. One night we had approximately 30 turkeys roost in the trees behind the deck. Deer also moved about. If we come back to Raystown, we would definitely stay at this property again! Texting made communication with Dave the owner simple. We had great cell phone reception at the property and on the lake. (AT&T) I would score this property 10/10. One of the nicest we have rented. You won’t be disappointed.

Dave’s place was a home away from home and a great meeting spot for our Labor Day trip with friends and family. A peaceful stay in the woods close to attractions at Raystown Lake and very private. Enjoyed spending time outside on the front and back porches, using the corn hole boards and outdoor kitchen, and sitting on the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit. Beautiful property that had everything we needed to cook multiple meals for 3 families, fully stocked kitchen!

Picked this property due to the location being close to the lake and the high reviews. The reviews are accurate as this place was great!! It had everything we needed and more. Fully stocked. There is a 36” flat top and a grill with plenty of propane. The back deck is a great place to sit. There was camp fire wood provided with plenty of chairs provided. Three full bathrooms and two living rooms. It was hot! while we were there and the AC worked wonderful. The house is at a dead end private road and we did not hear any of the neighbors. We would defiantly rent again!! The owner/host has great communication.
