From the moment you step inside and see the rustic wood interior, the outside world fades away. Warm textures, open spaces, and lodge-style comfort make this a place where everyone instantly relaxes.
With two separate living areas, Wildwood Chalet gives you room to gather and room to escape. The main level offers a bright living and dining area connected to a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for shared meals and easy mornings. Downstairs, the finished basement becomes your entertainment hub with a bar, dartboard, and TV room, ideal for game nights, laughs, and late-night hangouts.
The sleeping layout is perfect for groups. Two main-level bedrooms feature queen beds with bunks, making them ideal for families. Upstairs, the private master suite offers a quiet retreat with its own bathroom. A pull-out sofa in the basement adds extra flexibility for guests.
Step outside to enjoy the wooded setting, grill dinner on the deck, or gather around the outdoor firepit for s’mores and stories under the stars. We had an amazing stay at this Aunt Susie’s Raystown Vacation house rental! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was perfect — peaceful, scenic, and close to all the activities around the lake.The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and spending time together after a full day at Raystown.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful, we enjoyed the different areas around the house for things like playing family games and having meals. It was all very relaxing and cozy. The outside area was very inviting as well, the swing as well as the fire pit with the chairs and the hanging lights.
