Property is smack in the middle of town, really convenient. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast.
A pity there isn’t an elevator. However, the helpful staff offered to help us with the luggage.

Great small hotel with rooms above a local pub. Staff were super-friendly, rooms were lovely and clean with comfy beds. Breakfast was a real highlight, with good quality and with options for vegetarians. The pub below was friendly, but was a bit more basic than the hotel. Easy walking distance to Glenfiddoch distillery and across the road from bus stop that takes you into nearby Aberlour and Elgin. Would recommend and gladly stay again.

Good for one night stay. We chose it because of the location that suited our trip schedule.
Breakfast was typical English/Scottish, some people of our party liked it, I personally ate it because I was hungry.
A nice lady who showed us around.
Outdated rooms.
Rooms are upstairs and downstairs there is a pub/restaurant. When we arrived in the Saturday evening in August, there were a lot of people in pub. It was very very noisy until midnight. We expected to get some rest in the evening after the whole day in the car. One of our rooms was just above the speaker in pub and a pounding bass from it was unbearable.
