The position of the apartment is excellent, right in the heart of Madrid and close to the main touristic attractions. It has everything you need. The AC was really appreciated.The place is not big but very cosy. The host was nice and available. I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend.

Muchas gracias y felicidades a Joaquín, el propietario, estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo (vía wasap). Nos facilitó dejar las maletas el último día. El apartamento está en puro centro de Madrid. Limpio en grado máximo. Bien equipado con todo lo necesario.
El portal, el ascensor y los pasillos del edificio necesitan una actualización urgente. El baño del apartamento es un poco pequeño, pero suficiente.

Convenient location to tourist attractions and restaurants. The host was very communicative and anxious to ensure we had access to the apartment.
The air-conditioning was ineffective so the apartment was hot and stuffy.
