Loved the introduction with greeting us. We had chocolates on our pillows, free bus tickets and lovey beer. The area was very quiet. The host was attentive. Only stayed a couple of nights. Great looking apartment it was within our budget. spacious. Wi-Fi

The heating system made our stay uncomfortable as we were feeling the cold. My sons room reached 17oc. I had to put him on the living room. I did mention this to them and they explained what happens with the temperature. Everything was in German but that was expected, perhaps other languages to explain and to explore what is available in and around the village/s

A great place to stay in a great location

Within the “Lechtal” it is a practically located, good place to stay. With a cozy living, a well equipped kitchen, a practical bathroom (clean! With a good shower!!) Practically everything is nearby!: main road, bus, supermarket, restaurants, public pool, hiking routes, cycling routes, ...

The property does not come with a view, balcony or garden (but you can use a nice, child friendly common garden (including a nice ‘swimming bath”). Bed linnen is clean but worn and might need renewal... The proximity to the main road and bus & stores, comes with the usual sounds... Don’t expect remote silence, but the public sounds in this beautiful valley are limited to some traffic, farming, few passing people...

Apartment was very clean and the host was very friendly. A very good view of mountain. :) Kitchen was fully equipped and very comfortable. Supermarket was very near.

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön, mit einer gemütlichen Wohnung und herzlichen Gastgebern.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die gemütliche, im Landhausstil eingerichtete Wohnung, die sofort eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre geschaffen hat. Auch die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – vor allem, wenn es um Empfehlungen für geöffnete Restaurants oder andere Tipps in der Umgebung ging. Wir haben uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der große Fernseher im Wohnzimmer war auch super um die Abende mit sehr vielen verschiedenen Fernsehprogrammen ausklingen zu lassen, zusätzlich gab es auch noch tolle Brettspiele vor Ort.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war jedoch das Bett im kleineren Schlafzimmer. Leider war es für uns nicht besonders bequem, sodass wir nach der ersten Nacht mit starken Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht sind. Abgesehen davon waren wir aber mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft insgesamt weiterempfehlen.

Absolute Empfehlung!

Toller Aufenthalt! Herzliche Begrüßung und die Wohnung groß und gemütlich. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Parkplatz direkt am / hinterm Haus. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben die Unterkunft auch schon weiterempfohlen :-) Schön war's! Vielen Dank nochmal und liebe Grüße

Super großzügige im Lechtal!

Herzlicher Empfang durch Nina. Abgeschlossene, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, mit liebevollen Details dekoriert, separater Eingang, kleiner Terassenbereich. Es war alles vorhanden! Wir waren mit unserer Hündin (Labrador) dort und fanden viel Abwechslung für unsere Gassirunden.

Wir haben uns im Haus Ruitelspitzblick sehr wohl gefühlt.

Für Wander-, Rad- und motorisierte Ausflüge ins Lechtal liegt die Wohnung hervorragend. Mit der Lechtal-Karte kann man Bus und einige Bergbahnen kostenlos nutzen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll dekoriert. Die Gastgeberin Nina war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Schitterend verblijf met zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Appartement was top ingericht, compleet. Ik weet niet wat ik meer zou willen. Het was een prima vertrekpunt voor een weekeinde skiën in Warth/Lech

Sehr netter Kontakt, Sehr flexibler und unkomplizierte Gastgeber/-in Sehr schöne Atmosphäre in der Wohnung. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Sehr sauber. Wirklich zu empfehlen.
