מדובר בפנסיון שמנוהל בידי זוג הודי צעיר מקסים. הנוף הנשקף ממנו מהמם. המיטות היו נוחות. בפנסיון מנוהלת מסעדה שניתן לאכול ארוחות ערב טעימות ומגוונות. ארוחות הבוקר היו עשירות ומגוונות כולל נקניקים, גבינות לחמניות ומגוון ביצים על פי בחירת האורח. הזוג המנהל את המקום מסביר פנים, ועושה את המיטב לסייע, לייעץ ולהדריך במסלולי הטיולים שביער השחור.
אמנם מדובר רק בפנסיון אבל השנה החום היה בלתי נסבל וחוסר בלפחות במאווררים בחדר הקשה על השהיה בשעות היום. מומלץ לחדש את מלאי המגבות שבחדר.
