Taste of dinner, general cleanliness including restaurants and apartment, small rooms were too warm in the upper floor, and no air conditioning.

The foreign staff were friendly. The spa is exceptionally nice—in the evening session, when it's adult-only. Good choice of food. The SPA (withiut kinds) is WORLD CLASS!!!

Way too many kids! And they are not even trying to have adult only facilities! For example there is a smaller terrace/room at the restaurant, separated by a door from the main dining area, which could easily be adult only, but no.... kids everywhere. Bad behaving kids! The Slovak staff arent so helpful (but its the case usual everywhere i slovakia). There is no cleaning or house keeping.

Wellness area, the buffet breakfast was great, Saffran Indian restaurant menu and staff, value for money, beginner ski piste is a big plus, we would totally come back.

In winter evenings, there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance (with one exception, that is great but on the pricier side). So we either waited until 20:30 when half board dinner is finished in Safran restaurant, to have à la carte dinner, (It’s a long wait after a long day of skiing) or we went to Pinus restaurant. It’s okay, but we found it quite noisy around dinner time, although there is a separate play room for the kids. It’s great that there is adult only timezone in the wellness area. There is enough room to make an adult only room in the restaurant too, I would welcome such a change. What would also help with the noise, is to have appropriate music for the time of the day and not so loud so that people don’t need to shout over it. We don’t recommend half board for dinner, if you are a vegetarian as it’s a classic Slovak menu. Also, more vegetarian options in would be nice in Pinus restaurant.

Having own ski piste was good for us as a very beginner (first timers). Ski slope is quite short and straigth which enables to gain confidence and experience in a very quick time. Instructors were quite friendly & teaching well. Special thanks to ski school instructor Martin. Food was fine & clean.

We stayed 16 Nights. Due to my lack of attention, I booked the room for 2 adults. So my son's booking was missing - we had to pay extra for his stay plus our pet's accommodation costs. During check-in, they asked for additional 1500+ EUR which should be around 1300+ EUR. When I asked the details, the lady on the reception started checking all the details. This was so unprofessional and if I accepted to pay without questions, I would have paid +200 EUR. Our room was assigned for 3 cleaning shifts. Even though informing before arrival and during check in, the lady who's cleaning the room was afraid of my cat and she literally escaped from the room. In the second cleaning period, even though we informed that we were not satisfied with the prior cleaning, it was even worse. They just collected the towels and tidied the beds - thats all. We asked at 8 pm from the reception to do a proper cleaning. Then we were able to have what was supposed to be done in the first two cleanings. Booking was halfboard (dinner + breakfast included). But drinks at dinner were "extra". This is ridiculous and we were not informed either on check-in or while booking. They asked for extra charges for Christmas & New year dinners due to a special program. Christmas was ok, but I didn't receive anything extra for New Year's eve dinner. If I'm wrong about this I can delete it. They had local language music at 8 pm, so we left at 8:20. Unfortunately during skiing, I broke one room keycard but to show that I didn't lose it, I returned the pieces. The lady during checkout asked for 5 EUR for the broken keycard. We spend 16 nights, spent more than 6000 EUR and this 5 EUR keycard cost should have been compensated. She was not so pleasant at communication and considering the spend amount, I didn't even want to argue.
