Seaside Memories, Boardwalk 2111, beachfront in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida where you are sure to make wonderful vacation memories! Elegantly decorated to delight your senses and soothe your spirit, this fabulous twenty-first floor wrap around property has two beachfront balconies and two amazing main suites with expansive beach views. This property comfortably sleeps up to 12 with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 queen sleeper sofas, and a set of (Twin) bunk beds for the kids with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
You must register in advance for parking/amenities. Prior to your arrival you will be sent a link to do so. Your registration packet is picked up from security upon arrival. You are limited to 3 parking passes. There is a parking deck and open air parking. Parking rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. Registration Fees ($50 per vehicle & $6 per armband)
A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the Resort. No smoking or vaping except in designated smoking areas on the first and ground floor. Smoking & vaping is prohibited inside the condo, on balconies, in elevators, elevator lobbies, stairwells, walkways to units, and pool decks.

The Crew's Quarters bunk room is a real bedroom, not just some bunk beds in a hallway. Decorated just for kids. It has a set of bunk beds, a chest of drawers and a night stand. It even has its own TV! Bunk beds should not be used by persons over 100 pounds.
The First Mate's Quarters Suite is your second main suite with separate entry and a private ocean and golf course view balcony. Decorated in a nautical theme, it has a luxurious king-size bed and queen sized sofa sleeper. The wall mounted flat panel TV can be adjusted for viewing from either the bed or the sofa.
The efficiency kitchen in this suite has a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster over and coffee maker for preparing simple meals and snacks. First off, the location is great and the condo itself is nice. The access to the beach is easy and the pool was great. This unit is on the 21st floor and is need of some updating. The couches and chairs were dingy and uncomfortable. The furniture was chipped and there were smudges and smears on the walls and doors. The pullout couches were also uncomfortable. The bunk bed room was very tiny and the upper bunk bed did not had a railing on it so our kids could not safely sleep there. There was not initially bedding for the pullout couches but the property manager quickly resolved that issue and brought us some which was great service. The bedspreads on the other beds were in poor condition and the mattresses were not comfortable. The kitchen was lacking in things (not enough forks and spoons for the amount of people this unit sleeps for example). There was dust on the vents, water damage to baseboards and drywall around the shower, and the place just felt like it hasn’t been kept up well. Overall, I would stay at this location again if it were updated. If not, I would choose to stay somewhere else.

Nice place but a lot of rules. We got there late at night and was parked on the line. They wrote me a ticket told me they had my info and if it happened again I would be towed at my expense. The also have a guard at the pool at all times you can’t jump, have floats in the pool, drinks near the pool. No balls at the pool. If you get up to get in the pool and leave your towel on a chair they will remove it. The tvs didn’t work at all. You also cannot have any karts or buggies in there parking lot
