Location is great, close to the central mosque and nearby restaurants, also from some pickup meeting points for some tours in Almaty Comfy and great staff - limited English speakers though

No elevator in case of big luggages Sheets were stained, didn’t seem to be clean as we expected

I stayed here a couple of times. One room was really good, while the second one was slightly worse, but overall the stay was comfortable. The hotel is quiet, so it is easy to sleep well, the bed is comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is good, close enough to the city center while still being peaceful.

The bathroom was quite small and felt a bit cramped. Also, the balcony door did not close properly, which should be fixed.

I booked this hotel in Almaty at the last minute because the hotel I was originally staying at was terrible. This hotel fit my needs perfectly - quiet, modern, great location, A/C that worked well, and a very friendly lady at the front desk!

This is well located hotel for seeing sights in Almaty. It's inexpensive, and the price matches what you get. Walking distance from the main mosque, the orthodox church, and good restaurants.

It's hard to find -- the hotel name in booking.com is different from what it is in any mapping app, those names are different from what you find on the front of the actual hotel. The room was nonsmoking, but smelled strongly of cigarets. I found an ash tray on the small balcony off my room, so that's likely why. The staff were friendly, and it was otherwise clean and cheap.
