I stayed here a couple of times. One room was really good, while the second one was slightly worse, but overall the stay was comfortable. The hotel is quiet, so it is easy to sleep well, the bed is comfortable, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is good, close enough to the city center while still being peaceful.
The bathroom was quite small and felt a bit cramped. Also, the balcony door did not close properly, which should be fixed.

I booked this hotel in Almaty at the last minute because the hotel I was originally staying at was terrible. This hotel fit my needs perfectly - quiet, modern, great location, A/C that worked well, and a very friendly lady at the front desk!

Kahvaltı yoktu. Odanın genişliğini beğendim. Ancak yorgan üzerinde leke vardı ve kirliydi. Yastık kokuyordu. Asansörünün olmaması ve valiz taşımak zorunda kalmak iyi değildi. Oda uyandırma servisi yoktu.
Odalar söylenmeyince temizlenmedi, temizlenmesi gerekip gerekmediği sorulmadı. Odalarda su eksilince istemek zorunda kaldık. Fazla su verilmesi konusunda da istekli değillerdi. Asansörün olmaması valiz taşımayı zorlaştırdı.
