a completely renovated house comprising 2 buildings around a
central courtyard facing a landscaped park of one hectare with heated pool (in season).
In total 5 rooms on 2 buildings:
The annex building has 4 rooms of various inspirations (3 doubles and 1 single) and 2 bathrooms of which 1 with separate toilets.
The main building includes 1 suite
parental with room, office, s. bathroom, toilet and 2 terraces upstairs. In RDC, a big equipped kitchen, a double living room, chimney with terrace on garden.
Each piece benefits from high quality services
The rooms benefit from a wardrobe, television, Bluetooth speaker, coffee machine or tea. The kitchen, very well equipped, includes refrigerator and freezer of large capacity, oven, microwave, warmer, washing machine dryer, dishwasher.

We had a great stay with five people in this large villa! Swimming pool was perfectly sized, the garden is massive and very beautiful and the house/rooms are all really nice! There are plenty of amenities, we didn't miss anything in the kitchen or at the BBQ. There are also some outdoor games provided (ping pong; badminton). Overall, great stay and we would really recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay at la Hitonniere with two families. The house is equipped with everything you need and the pool area is great. Thank you Christian for a lovely stay

Das Domizil besteht aus 2 Häusern. Das Haupthaus mit einem DZ und 1 Schlafsofa ist wunderschön.
Das Nebengebäude mit 3 DZ und 1 EZ ist renoviert, jedoch spürt man stellenweise trotzdem das Alter ziemlich.
Der Garten gleicht einem Park ist wunderschön! Hier kann man sich sportlich so richtig austoben. Einige Sachen sind sogar vor Ort vorhanden.
Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe, ein Poolroboter wäre allerdings eine sinnvolle Investition.
Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes Objekt!
