In my opinion, this little gem hits all the sweet spots: beautiful villa / chateau, fantastic garden, perfect hosts, excellent breakfast (do include it if xou can, it´s worthwhile just to sit in the garden and chat to your hosts! Excellent food, too.) Lots to see and do in the vicinity, and if you´re lucky (which we were not), less than an hour to the centre of Paris.
