Come relax in this wonderfully updated 3 bed/3 bath oceanfront condo! Unobstructed views of the ocean and the Folly Pier await from a very large back deck that is ready for some outdoor grilling or just simply relaxing in the beautiful peace and quiet! The open floor plan provides great ocean views from the main living area and master suite. The master suite has an ensuite master bath (with Jacuzzi and separate shower) and a walk-in closet. All three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Tiger hardwood flooring throughout, Quartz kitchen countertops with ceramic tile backsplash in the fully stocked kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances including Bosch dishwasher and Samsung Double-oven range. Just a short stroll to Center St for shops and restaurants and close enough to the Pier to enjoy the outdoor live music from the privacy of your back porch. An easy walk up one flight of stairs or a short elevator ride will give you a perfect view of the activity and beauty of the beach! Take a bike ride on the beach with the bikes provided or just sit and enjoy the waves in the beach chairs. Two private parking spaces are included. We had a good time staying at this condo unit, however there were several things that we were disappointed with. The listing shows a clear unobstructive view of the ocean. Upon arrival we discovered that the palmetto trees block the ocean view, but you can see the ocean when sitting on the high table and chairs located on the balcony. The living room loveseat and sofa are very stained and dirty. The bathmats in all bathrooms need cleaning. We could never get the tv in the master to work. The location to the pier is great and my husband enjoyed fishing. The host left a goody basket and wine for the guests and responded quickly to any questions we had. All the updates within the unit are very nice. The sunrises were beautiful! All in we enjoyed staying at this unit, maybe just an overall deep cleaning is needed.

This place was extremely clean, great location and everything we were looking for. As soon as we walked in the door, we felt right at home. Would definitely stay here on our next visit. Listening to the waves early morning and at night from our bedroom was one of the best things. Drinking coffee in the morning looking at the beautiful beach made this place such a gem.
