Welcome to Seaside Villa 102 on Folly Beach! This fantastic 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo features picturesque views of the Atlantic and Folly Pier. The location cannot be beat with the direct beach access and walking distance to downtown Folly Beach, where all shops, restaurants, and entertainment are located. Relax and enjoy all that this eclectic beach town has to offer.
You'll love having your own space with the full bathroom for each bedroom. Open floor plan combines kitchen, dining, and living area. Oceanfront porch provides the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or a relaxing happy hour. Kitchen includes all the amenities for the family chef to prepare meals. Gather together to catch up as a family around the 6-person dining table. Living area has 2 couches to lounge and TV for the big-game or movie night. Private access to the porch from the living area and oceanfront king bedroom.
There are a washer & dryer in the unit; free Hi-speed WIFI & Cable; 2 reserved parking spaces; and the elevator right outside your door makes transporting luggage and groceries a breeze. There is an outside shower & direct beach access right beside the building, & a lifeguard station on the beach, directly behind the condo.

Only 25 minutes drive to historic downtown Charleston. Charleston offers historic tours, carriage rides, museums, boutique shopping, world-class dining, and stroll down the harbor at Waterfront Park or The Battery.
Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call emergency maintenance services. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.

It was a nice welcoming experience upon entry to have the soft music and ocean scene on the TVs. It set the mood. The beach view was spectacular and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Good variety of outdoor seating. The decor was nice, and kitchen supplies were well stocked. The only downside is the beds were way to firm for all of our likings. The linens were not soft and pillows too thin. Some of us ended up sleeping on the couch instead of beds. Suggestions: providing some laundry detergent, more toilet paper, beach towels. We appreciated books, games and puzzles. We are allergy sufferers, so the air purifier was helpful. On a side note, none of the bathroom vents worked. We all would have rated it excellent across the board had the bedding and beds been comfortable. We expected higher quality sheets and comfortable mattresses.

Our condo was very clean upon arrival and the view was spectacular. Check in was a seamless and easy process. We would definitely come back here and stay again. There were two issues that were minor- one of the settings on the washing machine was broken and our air conditioning broke on the last day but that is being handled.
