Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

This is an older house, which has many elements of charm that can only be found in an older "classic" beach house. The place was very clean. Bed linens were nice. The kitchen was quite modern. The location is excellent, being a short walk to the beach and fishing pier.

We enjoyed out stay great location. Everything needed on kitchen and bath. Extra blankets and towels etc. A fan for upstairs may be good and the grounds were a little messy when we got there but it had been pouring also. The box that holds beach stuff was open with stuff all over. The outdoor shower was nice. We weren’t sure on cable seemed to be just streaming. Thanks again.
