About this house rental
Relax and let every day slip away with the tide as you take in peaceful views of Braddock Cove from this lovely coastal living home. This island retreat is one of only six homes in a small exclusive community adjacent to the South Beach Marina. It features a sunroom and sundeck overlooking a large back with moss-covered live oaks, sweeping views of the cove–and it borders the marina. The main living space is completely open to the living room, dining room, and kitchen with magnificent views out to the cove as well.
Close to everything is the South Beach area of Sea Pines including a community pool and tennis, your dream vacation home awaits!
Boats and trailers are not allowed in Sea Pines Resort except for property owners.

This is our second time staying at this property and again, it did not disappoint! Our family really enjoyed the new updates to the sunroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous and immaculate home. We have stayed in several Sea Pines rentals but this was by far the best! The glassed in Carolina room overlooking the water and stunning live oak trees was our favorite place to sit. Beds and all the furniture were comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautifully updated and clean. It was really nice to have two living areas so we could spread out a bit. We loved that linens were included, even beach towels! We also took advantage of the free court time at south beach racquet club, and the free bikes included with our stay. The location was perfect, right next to the tennis club and marina. The walk to the beach was quick and easy along a flat path. The community pool was heated which was a huge bonus. My only complaint is that the pots and pans should be replaced. They are nice calphalon non stick pans, but the non stick coating is extremely scratched up which is toxic to cook with. Overall though, 10/10 and we hope to visit again in the future.

Weve been coming to HHI for years and have always stayed at Port Villas. We LOVE this area. This year we came with the cousins, so needed a bigger place. Your home was perfect!!! Thank you for sharing it with us! The decorations were gorgeous and as always, we loved being so close to South Beach and having our own private dock!!!! What a beautiful home!
