Located at the spot where the fun of South Beach Marina meets the tranquility of the sand and water, this four-bedroom villa delights with a refreshed coastal serenity and a blissfully open design that exults in natural light.
At the heart of the open floorplan, the main living space brings the whole group together around a pair of plush sofas and armchairs set beside a wall of windows that bathe the space in natural light. The large flat-screen TV at the center also has a smaller counterpart in the adorable “kids den” just below the stairs. To the other end of the main floor, an expansive center island boasts bar seating for four, transitioning to the wonderfully updated kitchen with pendant lighting, flat-cooktop stove and custom cabinetry.
Passing through the spacious dining area, with it’s high-top table offering plentiful seating for up to eight, we find ourselves in the blissfully airy screened-in porch. With ample furniture, ceiling fan, and landscaped views, it’s the perfect place to enjoy the year-round comforts of Hilton Head Island. Step through the door to one side and you’re on the wide sun-kissed deck with gas grill.
The coastal comfort continues with the guest rooms, perfectly designed for large groups. You’ll find the first such blissful retreat on the ground floor, a spacious getaway with a queen size bed, ceiling fan and access to a full bath with single-basin vanity and walk-in shower.
The next two we find, set up the wide set of floating stairs which rise from the living room, present the ideal place for younger guests. In one, a pair of bunkbeds flank a wide recliner in a space with windows on two walls for rich lighting. In the other, a bunkbed faces a full trundle bed suitable for either kids or parents. These rooms both enjoy access to a full bath with single-basin vanity and walk-in shower.
